Back & Neck Pain Program

Involves

Initial assessment by Dr to see if patient suitable for the program

If suitable:

-Patient will be enrolled for 6 sessions of physiotherapy over a 3 week period ( strictly 2 sessions per week)

@ Session Number 6 Dr will reassess, and if patient has recovered satisfactorily, or requires an additional 6 sessions, or further referral for surgical assessments

- if recovery is satisfactory the patient can select to have additional treatment sessions under the maintenance care plan tailor made to their needs.
