PROGRAM STRUCTURE.

4 WEEK PROGRAM, includes consultation with the following:

• Medical Doctor

• Nutrition expert

• Physiotherapist

• Psychologist

The medical team will empower the patient with at home strategies designed to give the patient a high quality of life, and ensure long term overall health

At the end of the 4 weeks the medical doctor will reassess, and if there are still areas requiring further attention together with the patient draft a long term wellness plan.
